Yes. Existing systems and data sources can be integrated where technically feasible, including files, databases, APIs, cloud systems and reporting solutions. The most appropriate connection is assessed as part of the project.
How is data exchanged securely?
A secure, self-hosted and managed portal is available for exchanging data. Access is provided automatically when the project starts. Two-factor authentication is configured during the first sign-in, with the required steps explained directly in the portal. Project data is processed only for its intended purpose and within the relevant project, in a secured environment with protected networks, servers and devices. Your data does not come into contact with AI systems.
What happens to the data and results after the project?
Data supplied for the project is deleted in full after completion and is not retained. Results, analyses, dashboards and documentation are delivered in accordance with the agreed scope. The focus is on a transparent, stable and practical solution that creates clear workflows and reduces manual effort.

Yes. Every solution is documented transparently for both business users and technical teams. The documentation covers the key data sources, processing steps, KPIs, assumptions and technical relationships, making it clear how the solution works, how results are produced and how it can be used or developed further.
